Dbox2 is blocked

Hello!

I'm spanish and my english is very bad.

I bought one dbox2 (new) in ebay but I have a problem. When the dbox is on or stand-by sometimes is blocked, I have
to disconnect it of the electric network for It lives again.
Dbox has a neutrino image. I put it 2 dissipators in the Avias but I think that the problem isn't the hot I think that the problem is of hardware.

What do you think?

The image that I put in dbox2 kabel is Nais2000 (16/10/04), but I've tried with Boxcracker and Sporsters and the problem continuous.
Can be the avia 500 chip defective? Debug badly?
