Grundig GDP 3100 Netzteil kaputt

Das Netzteil von meinem Grundig GDP 3100 DVD-Player ist kaputt. Wer weiss Hilfe. Es gibt wohl irgendwo eine Reparaturanleitung, weiss einer wo ?

Das Ding war mit dem Fehler schon mal in Reparatur. Nu isser nochmal kaputt und wie es so ist, ich find den Bong nicht.

Laut meiner Liste handelt es sich hierbei um ein Austauschteil, und da hast du garkeine Möglichkeit das Gerät zu reparieren.
Und da Grundig ja pleite ist wüßte ich auch nicht was du machen könnest, außer messen messen messen...
Muß halt ohne Schaltplan gehen...

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem vor Kurzem:

War aber ein 5100:
Das Gerät war nur auf Standby und taktete -
im Netzteil müsste ein Poti sein,das hab ich auf nen
Wert von ca 250Ohm justiert und das Teil lief....
Ist angeblich ein Grundig Standard Fehler.

Thanks, I received the schema of the power supply. In the mean time I found that the power supply seems to work when the connector from the secondary voltages is removed. Then the output voltage are correct.
When the power supply is charged with the load of the pcb from the DVD-unit then e.g. the 12V voltage is going up and down. So the problem can also be located in the DVD-board.

Can you also forward the schematic of the digital board of the DVD?

The Problem you have, is described above.
You have to adjust the RV201 potentiometer (on Power S.) until the Power Supply starts correctly. Grundig say's you have also to build in R204 (27Ohm 2W).
Afterwards control the Voltages (make sure they are not to high).

I did the modification as you stated, also I adjusted the potmeter RV201 but both actions didn't solve a lot. The PS stays hicking (even with no load). So I begin to think for a defective IC101 (oscillator IC for the SMPS). Do you know where I can buy this component? I looked in Belgium in some electronics-shops but I didn't find anything. On the web I found that fairchild is also making these components (eg. KA5M0365R).

I don't know. Every Power Supply i repaired with this type of Error only needed the adjustment of the Potentiometer.
Does the Adjustmed realy take no Effekt? Normaly the frequency of the start trys (hicking) of the SMPS changes.

Super, Netzteil geht wieder, Gerät bootet und läuft soweit...

...erkennt nur keinerlei Medien mehr...

Habe ich da jetzt die Laserdiode gebrutzelt? Kann ich jetzt noch was ausprobieren?

Habe das Poti auf ca. 250 Ohm gestellt und Linse gereinigt. Player startet, aber erkennt weiterhin keine Medien. Könnte ich bitte auch das Service pdf bekommen? -> orkus at web dot de
Oder zumindest die sekundären Spannungen, damit ich sie nachmessen kann?

Die Sekundären Spannungen stehen doch am Stecker, oder? Sind 3,3V , 12V , 5V und ich glaube auch 18V
